Photography packages include a thoughtfully curated set of high-definition daytime interior and exterior images, including outdoor areas such as pools, patios and yards.
Digital photo delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours. Photos are delivered at full size, maximum resolution of 24 megapixels, which will suit all your marketing needs. Photos go through an extensive editing process for cohesive color correcting, white balance adjustment, and cropping and alignment.
Total number of photos is at the photographer’s discretion; typical packages include 35-50 images, though more or fewer may be necessary based on square footage and the unique features of each home.
Prices for real estate photo shoots based on square footage are as follows:
< 1,500 sq ft: $80
1,501-3,000 sq ft: $110
3,001-5,000 sq ft: $140
5,001-7,000 sq ft: $170
> 7,000 sq ft: Contact for quote
